Knowing very well how hard it is to find a place to stay in London, especially to all newcomers, all you need in order to sign a contract with us is only:

- Your valid ID.
- Not bigger than 1 month deposit.

That is all. Comparing it to the most agencies and private landlord requirements:

- One year warranty from your bank (which means, that in case you do not pay a rent, bank will do it for you). Obviously, if you have just arrived in London/UK you will not be able to get it.
- Or similar warranty received from a private person, UK resident and an owner of property in the UK.
- Bank statements from the last 6 months.
- Positive Credit Check.
- Reference letter from your employer.
- ID.
- Deposit, usually 1 month.
- And registration, administrative or yet another fee.
